A compilation of skills from Dwayne’s educational background and professional experiences have combined to make grant writing a perfect field of interest. He has showcased writing and communication skills as a contributing columnist for the Greensboro News and Record as well as his role as a communications intern with the ACLU of Madison, Wisconsin.  Most relevant for   understanding community based needs, Dwayne earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in political science.

Dwayne joined the team in 2009 and has spear headed the company’s effort to utilize technology and social media for both Earnest Harvest and our client's brands. Further, his expertise is used to identify research and data to support funding bids for our clients. 

Dwayne serves as Vice-President of Research and Operations for Earnest Harvest, LLC. Dwayne continues to build his strong leadership skills in his current managerial role with one of the nation’s largest insurance companies.
